Elvoria Noire provides a Lifetime Warranty on all demifine® collection, ensuring long-term assurance and usability for customers.

  1. For Demifne® Collection : 

Scope of Warranty : 

  • Covers tarnishing or discoloration of plating on eligible demifine® collection.

50% of invoice value in Palmonas Wallet (valid for 6 months)
9–12 months

25% of invoice value in Palmonas Wallet (valid for 6 months)

15% of invoice value in Palmonas Wallet (valid for 6 months)


Elvoria Noire Wallet can be used online or in-store and is not refundable or transferable.


Exclusions from Warranty :

  • The Lifetime Warranty does not cover:
  • Damage from regular wear and tear
  • Breakage due to mishandling
  • Loss of stones or crystals
  • Third-party alterations or resizing
  • Custom Made Jewellery sets

2. How to Raise a Warranty Claim :

      1. To initiate a claim, follow these steps :

  • Visit a Elvoria Noire Store near you. 
  • Carry the original product and invoice (digital or printed)
  • Store staff will guide you through the process and arrange for QC

If Elvoria Noire store is not accessible to you then in that case:-

     Take a clear photograph of the affected item showing the tarnishing.
